These terms apply to your use of the Deck Hero website at https://deckhero.com.au (the site). Deck Hero is operated under ABN 78 602 566 811 (NSW Lic. 292125C). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services and get in touch. When using the site, you agree not to:

Quotes and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through the site does not create a contract for work. Any quote we give is an offer to carry out work on the terms set out in that quote, and a contract is only formed once we have agreed the scope, price and terms in writing. Prices, availability and lead times can change until confirmed.

Calculators and general information

Our calculators, guides and articles (including Deckopedia) are provided for general information only. Calculator results are estimates based on the assumptions shown, not a quote, a structural specification, or engineering or building advice. Real projects depend on your site, materials, council requirements and the relevant Australian Standards. Always confirm details with us and the appropriate professionals before relying on them. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of information on the site.

Our work

The building, restoration and related services we provide are covered by the separate written quote and contract we agree with you, together with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW). Nothing on this site forms part of that contract unless it is included in the written agreement.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, logos, branding and layout, is owned by or licensed to Deck Hero and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for any other purpose without our written permission. The Deck Hero name and logo are our trade marks.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse them.
